Return Window

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original condition with all accessories and packaging.

• Opened cables and accessories

How to Return

1. Contact us at sales@tawasulav.com within 14 days
2. Receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
3. Ship the product back to our Dubai address
4. Refund issued within 7–14 business days after inspection

For manufacturing defects, we cover return shipping and send a free replacement.
